Scott Perry's musical influences and Youtube Channel.
Music has always been an important part of my life.

When I was a little kid, I lived on Elvis and Buddy Holly. That eventually evolved into the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack and other music of the day.
Soon my tastes settled on pure rock. In late elementary school I was listening to Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Aerosmith, REO Speedwagon, Lynard Skinner and Jimmy Hendrix.
In middle school and high school my musical interests were centered mostly around heavy metal. Bands like Iron Maiden, Scorpions, Judas Priest, Ozzy, DIO and the like were booming on my boom box and mix tapes.
My first concert was Motley Crue, my older sister snuck me into the concert, it was amazing and I was hooked. Live music is incredible, i go to at least 5-6 concerts a year. Luckily through friends in the industry I get good seats and perks like back stage or after show parties, etc.
My son and I have met the Scorpions on many occasions, Godsmack, Sammy Hagar, Queesnryche multiple times, Don Dokken, Sublime, George Thorogood, Little Feat, Bob Dylan, Jimmy Page, The Who, Dirty Heads, Shave, the Voodoos, Ariana Grande and others I just can't remember all of them.
Today my son plays the guitar and likes all the music I do, plus more genres. He is a very talented musician and can play drums, bass, piano and anything else put in front of him, but mostly it's straight up crunchy guitar riffs. You can see pictures of us at various concerts in the photos section.
I am also an avid collector of Rock N Roll memorabilia. I have guitars signed by Eddie Van Halen and the Scorpions, plus Queensryche and others. The amount of back stage passes, guitar picks, autographs, one of a kind types of things is unreal. I look around and I have collected so much stuff it's crazy. I am running out of room! My office looks like the Hard Rock Cafe for real.
My friend lives in the Hollywood Hills, he is a well known photographer and video producer for the rock n roll scene, through him I have collected some quite amazing rock n roll artifacts. He is a blessing and a curse because my walls are full! I have stuff in the garage that I need to get hung up and framed.
See below for some of the concerts I have gone to with my kids who are also music fans.
